Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS:
  • We offer standard shipping
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
  • You can view the shipping cost and estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
  • Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping options.
ORDER TRACKING:
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Your tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the assigned carrier's tracking portal.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
  • We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
